Problem Statement

Small businesses in the United State of America does not get enough opportunity to promote their services on platform like Google due to less marketing budget. Customers looking for right services need to depend on links over links where they have to read a lot of content to get the right service.

My Contributions

Is to focus on User experience side of the site where we need to understand that whether user really need our product or not. Creating concept design and to do the user testing to understand the requirement. Since this was not in the scope but went ahead of the scope to get the better experience to the user.

Worked into various projects with Mobisoft Infotech and had a great chance working into different design process. Since this is a design consultancy I had great opportunity to represent myself into different types of projects that includes, search engine, ecommerce, transportation, social media, pharma, etc.
All those projects had different processes that being followed. I have chosen pitch59 for a reason because I felt connected with the idea and wanted to create the best product for the users. Because it was the idea that is aiming to give equal chance to all the SMEs out there in the market.

Process followed: Brainstorming activity, user flow, wireframes, prototype, iterate, moodboard, visual design, prototype, user testing, iterate.
